To register a foreign freehold, the purchase money is sent to Thailand from overseas in foreign currency, and your bank issues a Foreign Exchange Transaction (FET) form. The sales team will walk you through it.
It's refunded if you don't choose a unit. If you have locked a unit, the fee becomes your non-refundable booking fee when sales open at 5 p.m. on 20 November.
